Join us as a (Senior) Cloud Engineer (f/m/d) and help us push boundaries — in tech and in business.

Your Mission

• Own and lead complex cloud deployments in AWS, from planning to operations
• Help build a cloud platform that reduces complexity and elevates developer experience across the engineering org
• Drive architectural decisions and evolve our cloud platform to meet product and scale needs
• Collaborate closely with the Cloud Architect and cross-functional teams to define the cloud vision and roadmap
• Ensure service quality through automation, observability, and high-quality delivery
• Identify, solve, and prevent reliability and performance issues in a fast-moving production environment
• Be a mentor for others and a multiplier for great engineering
  
  

Your Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on cloud engineering experience in AWS or other hyperscaler environments
• Deep understanding of cloud-native patterns: autoscaling, stateless services, managed infrastructure
• Expertise in Terraform, CI/CD pipelines, and container orchestration (EKS, ECS or similar)
• Strong security mindset: IAM, compliance, least privilege, encryption
• Fluent in scripting (Python, Bash, or similar) and experienced in automating everything
• Familiarity with modern observability stacks (CloudWatch, Datadog, Prometheus etc.)
• Experience with microservices, APIs, and event-driven architecture is a big plus
• Startup energy, a pragmatic mindset, and a healthy dose of curiosity
• You aim for technical excellence, but you know that shipping 80% today often beats chasing 101% forever
• You don’t wait for permission, you take initiative, drive things to completion, and stand by the solutions you deliver
