We’re searching for a Germany-based Senior Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team. This is a strategic and hands-on role, requiring both creative and analytical thinking. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the German healthcare landscape, experience in B2B marketing (ideally SaaS or healthcare IT), and a strong drive for delivering measurable business outcomes. While there is no direct people management initially, this role may evolve into a leadership position as the team grows.

We’re searching for a Germany-based Senior Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team. This is a strategic and hands-on role, requiring both creative and analytical thinking. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the German healthcare landscape, experience in B2B marketing (ideally SaaS or healthcare IT), and a strong drive for delivering measurable business outcomes. While there is no direct people management initially, this role may evolve into a leadership position as the team grows.
How You’ll Spend Your Time
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns tailored to the German healthcare market
- Collaborate closely with Sales to generate MQLs and drive pipeline growth
- Own and manage lead follow-up and conversion processes, ensuring a seamless transition to Sales
- Adapt and localise global campaigns and messaging for the German market
- Lead the local marketing planning and activity calendar, ensuring timely execution and alignment with business goals
- Use the full marketing mix: digital, social, events, content, PR, and partner marketing
- Maintain a GDPR-compliant contact database and apply persona-based targeting
- Monitor local market activity and provide insights to inform product, sales, and marketing strategies
- Write effective briefs for internal teams and external agencies
- Take ownership of marketing budgets, campaign performance, and MROI tracking
- Use marketing automation tools to support lead nurturing and buyer journeys (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce)
- Deliver regular reports on campaign outcomes, lead status, and marketing effectiveness
- Represent the German voice of the customer across marketing and product teams
- (Optional/future scope) Support hiring and onboarding as the marketing function in Germany grows

What Kind of Things We’re Most Interested in You Having
- Fluent German speaker with strong English communication skills
- 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in SaaS, healthcare IT, or medtech
- Proven ability to design and execute successful campaigns that generate pipeline
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM systems (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce)
- Strategic mindset with strong hands-on execution skills
- Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills for a professional audience
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confidence in outbound communications and lead engagement
- Team player with a proactive and collaborative mindset
- Willingness to travel occasionally for events and internal team meetings
