- Managing and monitoring transport service providers for land, sea, and air freight
- Preparing and handling shipping documents such as packing lists, waybills, and export declarations
- Coordinating logistics processes to ensure the on-time delivery of construction machinery and spare parts
- Handling deviations (Deviation Management) and resolving delivery issues with logistics partners
- Entering and transmitting shipment data using SAP systems
- Successfully completed vocational training or university degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field
- Several years of experience in transport coordination or 4PL logistics is an advantage
- Proficient in SAP S/4HANA or similar systems
- Confident in handling shipping and export documentation
- Good written and spoken German and English skills
