Area of responsibilities:

• Serve as the central link between the global marketing team and APAC markets, including Japan, China, South Korea, and others.
• Lead and manage key market product launches, POS/SIS/branded areas, PR and social media activations, as well as ad hoc requests such as local events and expos.
• Distribute global corporate-provided marketing materials and ensure seamless implementation across markets.
• Collaborate with the global marketing team on special programs and initiatives tailored for APAC markets to enhance brand positioning and product visibility.
• Provide recommendations and insights on relevant social media behaviors and platforms.
• Establish, implement, and maintain high standards for channel excellence across offline and online retail channels in APAC, including product distribution, display guidelines, in-store image upgrades, shop-in-shop setups, and branded areas.
• Develop a retail knowledge center for APAC (both online and offline) to support channel, city, and product line expansion and penetration.
• Act as a proactive member of the international marketing team, fostering strategic and mutually beneficial relationships with cross-functional teams at HQ.
  
  

Profile of qualification:

• Business degree, ideally a Master’s degree; MBA preferred.
• Fluency in English and German; knowledge of Asian languages is a strong advantage.
• Experience working with global brands and products, particularly in a local implementation role.
• Strong goal orientation, customer focus, and an affinity for design.
• Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing programs.
• Ability to manage both strategic planning and operational execution.
• Hands-on approach with a high level of initiative, assertiveness, and drive.
• Strong analytical skills, organizational mindset, and business acumen.
• Ability to collaborate within a matrix organization and manage multiple projects effectively.
