Fujifilm Healthcare Europe is looking for an individual who will be responsible for the inventory management of our NDT business domain including all consumable (film) products. These products are stored in and distributed from our central warehouse in Tilburg and several satellite warehouses in Europe or directly sold to distributor territories. Based on information from demand planning, marketing/sales department and KPI’s, you will monitor the inventory levels of product groups and coordinate/plan the replenishment. You will create purchase orders to Suppliers and maintain the purchase order status and shipment tracking information, to ensure on-time deliveries. Key is to oversee and control the logistical operation between third party warehouses and FUJIFILM Japan as depending on the product, different requirements are necessary. Pro actively handle product availability issues, obsolete stock and rush orders are also part of the job. KPI’s are reported and acted upon in order to continuously track and improve our performances with the ultimate goal to reduce inventory level in Europe as well as to keep slow moving stock as small as possible.
Key Responsibilities
You will maintain strong working relationships and communicate directly with the Sales & Distribution colleagues, as well as with planners of in- and external suppliers and the sales entities in Europe.
Next to these operational responsibilities, an important aspect of the job is to take the lead in process improvements, optimizations and new developments within the supply planning of NDT/Medical business.
Manages and directs warehouse operations to effectively control the receipt, storage , packaging, loading and shipping of products to customers, across more than one shift or one area . Typically manages 30 – 50 subordinates, or manages additional functions such as inventory control, customer service or local delivery. Staffs, organizes and directs operations within a warehouse. Maintains records of inventories and location for production control and cost accounting. Controls costs through productivity of personnel, efficient utilization of storage and proper protection of stored materials. Recommends material handling equipment and replacements. Identifies the causes of products losses and takes corrective actions.

- Create and optimize the forecast, be in contact with sales to retrieve the correct information
- Decide on necessary stock levels
- Create New Stock Level and KPI reports with Power BI function
- Maintain those stock levels, check blocked stock, expiry dates etc and act where necessary to pre-vent slow moving stock creation
- Create the monthly purchase plan towards FTYO for the assigned product groups.
- Create reports on request to analyze sales / forecast / stock figures.
- Process investigation and improvements developments within all areas of SCM
- You are a self-starter with the ability to work independently and under pressure.
- You are flexible and able to adjust to changes quickly.
- Knowledge and understanding of SCM concepts and application are mandatory
- Analytic skills and number affinity
- Education: University Degree
- Fluent German and English language required
