Your mission:

In this new role, you’ll play a key part in launching and managing regenerative agriculture projects with leading food and agribusiness companies. You’ll ensure a smooth, well-structured onboarding and delivery experience, while driving customer success through clear communication, strong project management and keen attention to detail.

As an essential link between our customers and internal teams, you’ll coordinate project & revenue delivery, align stakeholders, and keep projects on track. Over time, you’ll have the opportunity to grow into a trusted project owner, leading full implementations, building long-term customer relationships, and identifying opportunities to expand Klim’s impact through upsells and continuous improvement.

Your responsibilities:

  • Own and manage the onboarding process for new customer projects.
  • Lead the kickoff and structuring of customer projects with food and agricultural clients.
  • Ensure proactive coordination across internal teams (Product, Data, Sales, Operations).
  • Track timelines, deliverables, and milestones using tools like Asana and Notion.
  • Prepare internal and external documentation, including project updates, slide decks plus onboarding materials.
  • Coordinate customer support and reporting during early delivery stages.
  • Help identify improvement areas and contribute to playbooks, processes, and tools.
  • Proactively manage customer expectations, escalate issues when needed, and support renewals.

Your profile:

  • 1–3 years of experience in implementation, project management, customer success, consulting, or similar roles.
  • You’re customer-centric and thoughtful in how you communicate.
  • Strong, proactive, organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Data-driven mindset with attention to detail.
  • Collaborative approach and experience working across functions.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to operate in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
  • Fluent in English (German or other languages are a plus).
  • Based in Berlin or able to work remotely from within Germany.

Big bonus:

  • Experience or background in sustainability, agriculture, or food systems.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Notion, Pipedrive, Slack).
