Your mission

• Recruiting Revolution: Take the lead in the entire recruiting process, from advertisement to decision-making. Your goal: An unparalleled candidate journey that strengthens our employer brand.
• Process pioneering: Work hand in hand with the team to continuously optimize HR processes and make them fit for the future. From contract management to onboarding and offboarding - use your experience and expertise to shape these processes.

• Ensure legal certainty: Demonstrate your expertise in German labor law and ensure HR measures comply with the law. Your commitment drives you to master international employment law.
