We will employ you as a working student (m/f/d) for several months, enabling you to gain hands-on experience. You can help to devise your weekly working schedule of up to 20 hours in partnership with your department.

Your role and responsibilities

The following tasks and responsibilities will be part of your role:
- Research, understand, and communicate compliance requirements impacting our products, providing guidance.
- Prepare project-related documentation, presentations and progress reports.
- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and identify any potential roadblocks or issues.
- Provide administrative support to the Program Manager.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Science, Economics or Management
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy
- Proactive and independent work style
