ServiceNow Consultant (f/d/m) - #935464

For our “Digitalization” team in the IT division, we are looking for a:n ServiceNow Consultant (f/d/m) at Freiburg im Breisgau or hybrid as soon as possible to drive our vision of a digital company.

In this role, you will be responsible for the design of new services as well as the maintenance and development of existing solutions to ensure quality, security and capacity. You will work closely with various teams to create value-adding processes and support the organization in achieving optimal results.

What you can expect:

• You are responsible for analyzing business processes and identifying automation opportunities
• Configuration and customization of ServiceNow platforms
• Integration of ServiceNow solutions with other systems
• You train customers and users in the use of ServiceNow
• You create documentation and reports
• Coordinating and driving forward projects in the area of digitalization is also part of your tasks
• You evaluate existing operational processes and take care of continuous improvement in accordance with the IT service strategy
  
  

What you bring with you:

• You have a degree in information systems, information technology, management/business administration, engineering or computer science (Master's degree preferred)
• In-depth technical know-how in common web technologies such as Javascript, HTML, CSS, Angular, React, etc.
• You have experience in building lean and optimized processes
• You focus on usability and the ability to put yourself in the user's shoes
• Proven experience in delivering high quality services with incentives for SLAs/performance standards
• Proven experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, SPM, BCM or CSM is an advantage
• Certification as a ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) is preferred
