Working Student – Data Governance (x|f|m) – On-site - #935095

We are looking for a Working Student for the Commercial Excellence Intelligence and Analytics at Sartorius Stedim Biotech GmbH.

The team consists of eight professionals and we are looking forward to shaping the future with you. It is a on-site role at our headquarters in Goettingen.

Grow with us – Your Responsibilities

• Regularly review data governance dashboards to identify non-compliance or anomalies across commercial sales data
• Follow up with responsible sales organization owners to ensure timely updates and corrections to non-compliant records
• Prepare and distribute periodic compliance summaries and highlight key issues, trends, and risks to the Data Governance and Commercial Excellence teams
• Help educate stakeholders on data governance policies, best practices, and updates through clear and concise communication
• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of documentation, playbooks, FAQs, and process guides related to data governance activities
• Identify opportunities to improve monitoring processes, dashboard usability, and user compliance through feedback and proactive suggestions
  
  

What will convince us

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Information Management or a related field
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies and errors in large datasets
• Excellent communication skills in English is essential
• Basic understanding of data governance, data quality management, or commercial data processes is required
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau) is a great advantage
• Ability to work independently, manage follow-ups systematically, and collaborate within an international, cross-functional environment
