About The Role
As a Sales Operations Specialist, you’ll be an integral part of a collaborative commercial team of Sales Operations, working across various locations within the North Sea region. This role combines regional focus with broader exposure — while many of your tasks will centre around supporting sales operations for our North Sea business, others will connect you to local and even global commercial projects.
You’ll work closely with colleagues across departments and locations, helping to ensure smooth day-to-day coordination, accurate reporting, and clear communication. Whether it’s managing customer data, preparing quotations, or supporting wider initiatives, your work will contribute directly to how we grow, improve, and deliver for our customers.

With an open mindset and a proactive approach, you are comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving setting where flexibility and attention to detail are essential.

About The Role
As a Sales Operations Specialist, you’ll be an integral part of a collaborative commercial team of Sales Operations, working across various locations within the North Sea region. You’ll work closely with colleagues across departments and locations, helping to ensure smooth day-to-day coordination, accurate reporting, and clear communication. Whether it’s managing customer data, preparing quotations, or supporting wider initiatives, your work will contribute directly to how we grow, improve, and deliver for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and track quotations in line with DFDS pricing policies. Maintain the price review and annual contract renewals for the dedicated customer scope.
- Maintain accurate sales data in CRM systems and produce regular performance reports and insights.
- Support the sales cycle through the DFDS Way of Selling process, acting as the first point of contact for customer enquiries and ensuring excellent service.
- Support North Sea product activities, ensuring clear communication and alignment across teams.
- Ensure transparency and consistency in pricing, customer records, and internal documentation.
- Collaborate with Customer Experience team and local Customer Service teams to deliver a seamless and efficient customer experience.
