About this Position We are a dynamic, multinational team shaping Schwarzkopf’s Masterbrand identity and creative direction. Collaborating with industry leaders and creative partners, we drive key projects, elevate brand perception, and ensure a strong market presence. Through strategic thinking, trend analysis and cross-functional teamwork, we develop innovative branding approaches while managing essential project tasks in an inspiring work environment.

What You´ll Do

• Support actively on Schwarzkopf Masterbrand projects, such as shaping our corporate and visual identity and developing brand design guidelines
• Collaborate across the Schwarzkopf fashion week appearance with top-tier creative partners from briefing to final execution and backstage support
• Take an active part in our ambassador collaborations and connect with the creative masterminds of our industry
• Be part of a dynamic, multinational team that values creativity and strategic thinking
• Collaborate closely with senior leaders, cross-functional teams, and external partners to build a strong professional network
• Take ownership of tasks and projects that elevate brand perception and engagement
• Conduct competitive analysis to help shape future brand strategies
• Support key daily activities such as preparing presentations, organizing meetings, and managing purchase orders
• Work in a newly designed office space at an attractive location in Hamburg
  
  

What makes you a good fit

• Student who has successfully completed first semesters of business-related studies (e.g., marketing, communication, event management, PR)
• Enthusiastic about the beauty indutry and eager to contribute to global brand-building projects
• Fluency in English language (German and other languages are a bonus)
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel – with the ability to create compelling presentations and analyze data effectively
• Creative mindset with a strong eye for aesthetics
• Excellent communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills, with a hands-on mentality and attention to detail
• An initiative-taking and adaptable team player – open-minded, flexible, and eager to take ownership of tasks
• Independent and reliable person with ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

We offer you an attractive salary between € 1.050-2.095 gross per month. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
