We are looking for an experienced controller to take our financial world to a new level. Do you have a knack for numbers, a sense of structure and ideally have already worked in medium-sized corporate structures? Then you’ve come to the right place.
Here’s what your workflow looks like:
- You will be given clear responsibilities, but also a lot of freedom to participate.
- Monthly structured closing process, supplemented by ad-hoc analyses and project tasks.
- You will be part of our finance team, but you will work closely with the management and various departments.

Your responsibilities
- You will be responsible for consolidating the company’s figures – on time, correctly, transparently.
- You will develop reporting and control instruments that are not only correct, but also understandable.
- You will bring processes into structure, drive the digitization of controlling and establish modern tools.
- As a sparring partner with an eye for the big picture, you will work closely with management and departments.
- You will deliver analyses and forecasts that have a real impact – relevant to decision-making and future-oriented.
- Experience in group controlling, preferably from medium-sized companies
- In-depth knowledge of consolidation and reporting
- Analytical thinking, structured way of working, confident handling of common tools
- Experience with BI tools (e.g. Power BI)
- Interest in environmental/sustainability issues
- Knowledge of project controlling
- Fluent in English and German
- Interesting area of responsibility with exciting development opportunities and plenty of room for participation in an international environment
