You can look forward to

  • Organization of the day-to-day Corporate Office matters, including the preparation and follow-up of Board meetings
  • Execution of routine administrative tasks, such as user rights management and travel coordination
  • Maintenance of the Corporate Governance information on both internal and external platforms
  • Preparation of Corporate Governance submissions for Boards and regulatory authorities
  • Development opportunities for more advanced responsibilities in Corporate Governance, such as agenda setting for Board meetings or minute taking during Board meetings

You come equipped with

  • Several years of professional experience as an assistant, secretary or paralegal within an an international company
  • Completed commercial (e.g., in the field of office communication) or legal training, academic studies, or a comparable qualification
  • Experience in working with and supporting C-level executives
  • Confident handling of Microsoft Office products and MS Teams
  • Business-level fluency in German and English, combined with strong communication skills
  • Proactive, service-oriented way of working and a hands-on mentality
