Focus Areas

• Local IT activities for services LAN/WLAN/ DataCenter-LAN, production WLAN
• Responsible for ongoing operations, fault processing, support for relocations, installation and commissioning of production systems in the network
• Cabling, installation, replacement of active network components during operation for office/production and DataCenter areas
• Technical advice and collaboration with FM/FSM department
• Ongoing technical and organizational support of the telephone systems (Alcatel)
• Configuration of subscribers, setting up telephone devices, issuing DECT telephones, troubleshooting, simple configuration of special solutions on the systems (in cooperation with global team and/or external consulting/maintenance partner)
• Collaboration and support of the introduced and established ITIL processes
• Ongoing maintenance of internal documentation systems and regular provision of evaluations
• Service provider management
• Collaboration in global network projects
  
  

Your Requirements Profile

• IT specialist with a focus on "system integration" or comparable technical IT training or a degree in IT
• Affinity for networks, communication solutions
• Several years of experience in a comparable environment
• Ideally further training in the area of CISCO (CCNA Routing/Switching) and/or telephony products from Alcatel
• Basic knowledge of network technology and data center/server infrastructure
• Analytical and conceptual skills, strong service orientation and communication skills desirable
