Main tasks:

• Development of new metal pastes, resistor pastes and insulating pastes for electronics applications
• Carrying out product adaptations on silver powders and PGM (platinum group metals) powders for the manufacture of electronic circuits
• Introducing new products into production until they are ready for series production
• Defining project plans with time frames, milestones and targets
• Selecting and testing new raw materials and processes
• Technical root cause analysis for complaints
• Adapting technical solutions to customer-specific requirements
• Identifying potential opportunities and challenges and presenting suitable solutions
• Monitoring and evaluating patents and market trends
• Working closely with customers and external institutes
  
  

Requirements:

• Master's degree in materials science, inorganic chemistry or a related technical field
• Several years of professional experience in the field of pastes for the electrical industry desirable
• Profound knowledge in chemical and physical analysis methods XRD, XRF, thermal analysis, heating microscopy and dilatometry
• Exceptional cross-functional communication skills at all organizational levels
• Diligent protection of Vibrantz Technologies' intellectual property
• Proactive implementation of Vibrantz Technologies' safety protocols and corporate culture
• Foster a positive and collaborative team environment
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally on occasion
