The Role
We're looking for a motivated Sales & Customer Account Manager (f/m/d) to join our team. In this role, you'll support and improve our end-to-end sales operations — from CRM and external sales partners to customer relationships and account growth. You’ll play a key role in helping us scale our business and ensure great client experiences across the board.

The Role
We're looking for a motivated Sales & Customer Account Manager (f/m/d) to join our team. In this role, you'll support and improve our end-to-end sales operations — from CRM and external sales partners to customer relationships and account growth. You’ll play a key role in helping us scale our business and ensure great client experiences across the board.
Your Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate external sales support service providers
- Maintain, optimize, and actively use our CRM system
- Support the setup, improvement, and scaling of internal sales processes
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing accounts
- Help qualify and manage leads together with the Sales and Marketing team
- Strengthen our customer journey and client retention initiatives
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams
- A bachelor's or master's degree related to sales, marketing, business administration or similar
- 3+ years of experience in sales, marketing, customer service and related fields
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- High proficiency in German and English (C1 or better)
- Self-driven, solution-oriented, and detail-conscious mindset
- Experience working with CRM systems
- Prior experience in IT/tech-related environments is a strong advantage
- A proactive team player with willingness to take ownership and drive results
