You will join our Nautilus@Corporate project, which aims to introduce the agile working method BizDevOps for our Corporate Digital Technology area. Our goal is to embed the BizDevOps mindset, transforming existing services and projects into end-to-end products owned by cross-functional teams. As Scrum Master (f/m/d), you’ll help shape this evolution, guiding teams and the organization toward a more agile, collaborative, and value-driven future.

The Team - your impact

As Scrum Master (f/m/d), you’ll help shape this evolution, guiding teams and the organization toward a more agile, collaborative, and value-driven future.
Your Role - meaningful & rewarding
- Guide teams and the wider organization on their agile journey
- Act as a change agent (f/m/d), fostering agile values and mindsets
- Serve the team and organization by coaching, supporting, and training
- Empower teams to embrace change with confidence, resilience, and adaptability
- Cultivate an environment that promotes innovation, learning, and a shared sense of purpose, supporting a positive and collaborative work culture
- Define and track relevant metrics to measure the effectiveness of Agile practices and DevOps integration, providing insights for continuous improvement
- Actively participate in optimizing workflows, identifying and removing impediments
- Successfully completed Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Project Management, or a related field
- Certification in Agile Project Management, Agile Organization, Change Management, or Coaching and experience with Agile scaling frameworks
- Several years of experience as Scrum Master (f/m/d) or Agile Coach (f/m/d) within software development or digital transformation contexts and extensive experience in organizational change processes
- Excellent communication abilities – across tech and non-tech audiences
- Capability to conduct training sessions and workshops for teams and stakeholders, fostering a culture of continuous learning and skill development
- Strong facilitation and workshop design skills
- Confident in engaging and aligning divese stakeholders at multiple levels
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)
