What You´ll Do

• Manage holistic planning, conception, and execution of brand campaigns, with a strong emphasis on digital touchpoints, ensuring seamless integration of strategic communication projects
• Lead planning and execution of brand campaigns by leveraging consumer insights to identify the optimal channel mix and messaging strategy
• Ensure alignment with brand’s vision, identity, and brand message while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
• Define content requirements and collaborate with creative agencies and production companies to develop high-quality, brand-consistent materials
• Drive content excellence by testing and evaluating new tools, content formats, and distribution channels to improve overall campaign effectiveness
• Stay informed about the latest industry trends, technologies, and consumer behaviors to adapt strategies and create impactful content
  
  

What makes you a good fit

• Successfully completed Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Communication / Media Studies or a similar education in Brand Communication / Digital Marketing
• A digital and brand communications professional with minimum 3 years of experience, preferably at an FMCG company, beauty or fashion retailer, or digital creative agency
• Good sense of taste in imagery and text, and ability to recognize trends early on
• A highly collaborative team player who is flexible, reliable, highly organized, and able to handle projects independently
• In-depth understanding & experience working on key social media platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Youtube.
• Excellent communication and copy writing skills in English, knowledge of German language is a plus
