Summary

For the “IAS & Strategic Programs” and “Customer Service Spectrum Dominance” divisions, we are looking for a “Project Manager and ILS Manager in Customer Support (f/m/d)” at the Ulm site as soon as possible

The “IAS & Strategic Programs” and “Customer Service Spectrum Dominance” divisions are responsible for ILS management in military programs up to utilization and act as contract holder for all services during the in-service support phase.

Your Tasks

• Management of projects for Customer Support, preparation of the utilization phase and proactive support of the projects on all logistical issues
• Ensuring the ILS for complex weapon systems in the associated program area and incorporating the requirements of Customer Service into the preparation of offers
• Formulating technical requirements for precise error analysis and monitoring.
• Definition and description of work packages and calculation of quotations
• Securing the necessary logistical services from internal and external subcontractors
• Planning and controlling ILS-related project management tasks in interdisciplinary teams over the entire duration of the project
• Technical management of integrated teams and ensuring the provision of services for Customer Service
• Developing maintenance concepts and introducing innovative solutions
• Planning, controlling and implementing all necessary measures to maintain the availability of complex EW systems (repairs, obsolescence elimination, training and technical overhaul of systems)
• Analyzing customer requirements and initiating the necessary measures for implementation
• Supporting the sales department in customer service
  
  

Willingness to travel on business is required.

Your Profile

• Completed studies in the field of electrical engineering / engineering sciences / industrial engineering
• Sound knowledge of ILS (Integrated Logistic Support)
• Experience in quotation processing and basic knowledge of contract law
• Knowledge of German pricing law
• Skills in dealing with logistical requirements of complex systems and issues
• Knowledge of logistics in the context of military aviation as well as export and ITAR regulations is an advantage
• Strong organizational skills as well as a structured and independent way of working
• Ability to work in a team, assertiveness and a convincing professional and personal appearance in a national and international environment
• Business fluent in German and English
