The responsibilities vary from IT-infrastructure to digitization of the organization to the operational use of electronic data processing throughout the organization.

How you will CELLebrate
- Develop and implement AI governance frameworks, ensuring compliance and ethical AI usage
- Define AI risk management strategies, including bias detection, explainability, and accountability
- Establish policies for AI security, access control, and regulatory compliance (e.g., AI Act, GDPR)
- Collaborate with IT, legal, and business teams to align AI governance with company objectives
- Drive AI ethics training and awareness programs to promote responsible AI adoption
- Master’s degree in Business Informatics, Economics, or a related field with an IT focus
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in AI governance, risk management, or compliance
- Strong knowledge of AI regulations, data privacy laws, and ethical AI principles
- Experience in implementing AI governance frameworks and security controls
- Proficiency in both German and English (C1 or higher)
- Expertise in AI model auditing, bias mitigation, and regulatory reporting
- Background in AI/ML development, providing a deeper understanding of technical risks
- Certifications in AI governance, compliance, or security frameworks
- Flexible working hours from 28 to 40h per week
- Possibility of a 4-day-week (up to 35h per week)
