Basic knowledge: User consulting, user support (IT), Microsoft virtualization software, customer consulting, customer support
Advanced knowledge: System integration, Windows Server 2022 operating system, Microsoft 365, Veeam backup software

Tasks
- Support and further development of the internal server landscape (Windows Server, HyperV)
- Planning and implementation of IT projects for our customers - on site or remotely
- Setting up and maintaining networks, firewalls and IT security solutions for customers
- Administration of Microsoft 365 and backup solutions (Veeam)
- Technical support for internal colleagues and external contacts
- Documentation of configurations and workflows
- Completed training in the IT sector (e.g. IT specialist for system integration) or comparable
- Practical experience in dealing with Windows Server, HyperV, Microsoft 365 and Veeam
- Independent, solution-oriented way of working and a confident manner in customer contact
- Class B driving license
- Wide range of training opportunities and support with certifications
- A motivated team with flat hierarchies and short decision-making paths
