Job Responsibilities
As a Business Development Trainee, you will be part of a multi-cultural business team and gain a holistic approach of the professional world of Business Development at MAGNA. During the NextGen Talent Program which will last 24 months, you will participate in different trainings and work in different projects. You will be guided and supported by experienced colleagues and your own business mentor.

Who We Are Looking For
- Fluent in English and German
- Willingness to learn and take on responsibility
- First work experience through internships and/or working student positions, ideally in a Business Development department
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Business Development, International Business, Business Administration (BWL) with a focus on Marketing & Strategy, Entrepreneurship, or similar
- Strong analytical and numeracy skills
