We offer an interesting working student position (20 hours per week) in the area of

Mergers & Acquisitions / Strategic Planning at our Heidelberg location.

Tasks / Responsibilities

• Assistance in mergers and acquisition transactions, especially in financial modelling/valuations and due diligence of potential targets and joint ventures
• Performing financial and strategic business analysis, valuations and industry research
• Assist in the preparation of presentations for the top management
• Support at various strategic projects and presentations
  
  

Qualifications / Required Skills

• Student in business administration, economics or related areas
• Work experience (intern/working student) in Investment Banking, Consulting or Corporate Finance Advisory would be of advantage
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team and under pressure
• Proficiency in written and spoken English
• Competent handling of MS Office applications (in particular Excel and PowerPoint)
• Strong analytical, communication and organizational skills
• Flexibility
