What You Will Do
Join our team as Junior Professional Manager (m/f/d), Marketing. In this role, you will be shaping and executing the professional marketing strategy of one of our iconic brands in Germany.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the team with initiatives that engage Health Care Professionals (HCP) such as Dentists, Pharmacists, General Practitioners or Midwives
- Develop and execute HCP assets, such as trainings and patient brochures, as well as content for our HCP platform, our CRM program and media
- Organize and lead congresses and sales conferences
- Own and manage HCP budgets
- Own and manage operative tasks such as HCC processes (including RAD and HCC sampling plan) and material management (planning, implementation, and system approvals)
- Ensure KPI tracking for key activities
- Collaborate closely with key stakeholders within Professional Team, Marketing, Sales, Medical and agency partners to translate brand strategy into powerful HCP assets
- Connect with HCP community to share best practices
- Collaboration with market research teams and external agencies to understand consumer needs
What we are looking for
- Above-average university degree in business/economics with a focus on marketing
- First working experience/internships in brand management, customer activation or sales, preferably in FMCG and/or OTC
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, ownership and accountability
- Collaborative spirit with outstanding communication skills to manage different stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a complex and fast-paced environment
- Fluency in German and English
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
