At the very core of this is our CargoWise Native Customs functionality. Our Customs team is a truly global team with members all over the world. They are responsible for the development and support of all products that involve communication with customs authorities worldwide.

The Opportunity

As part of a global team based in Germany, you will contribute to the team objective to:

• Build out our global customs compliance capability.
• Develop and deliver the customs platform covering 90 percent of the world’s manufactured trade flows.
  
  

Skills

Your industry knowledge, skills and experience will enable you to lead the local customs compliance product development while you work with:

• Our customers, product teams, and technical specialists to conceptualise solutions.
• In writing relevant product documentation and handling customer requests for product enhancements.
  
  

Ideally, this role would suit someone from a technical background or with deep industry/customs product experience or knowledge. A combination of both would be a bonus.
