Your Tasks

• IT project coordination: planning, management and implementation of customer projects in the areas of YMS, IoT integration and software development
• Communication with customers: Requirements analysis, consulting and coordination of project requirements.
• Technical support & development: Support in the maintenance and further development of applications with a focus on IT systems and process optimization.
• Installation & Configuration: Setup and maintenance of our software solutions, incl. connection of external devices such as cameras, scales and IoT sensors.
• Task Management & Team Coordination: Creation and prioritization of tasks for developers and technicians to ensure efficient implementation of customer requirements.
• Troubleshooting & solutions: Analyzing and resolving technical issues and working closely with the support team.
  
  

Your Profile

• Experience in the IT sector with knowledge of programming and software development. Experience in C#/.NET is an advantage, but not a must.
• Knowledge of IIS, Active Directory, Windows Server 2022 as well as network and IoT integrations.
• Experience in project management and customer communication.
• Ability to understand customer requirements and translate them into actionable tasks for the team
• Experience with support & installations of software products.
• Structured and independent way of working with high problem-solving skills.
• Very good knowledge of German and English.
