Your core tasks

• Analysis and survey of internal administrative and documentation processes as well as coordination point for all digitization projects
• Ensuring communication at the interfaces between specialist departments and the departments and persons responsible for implementation
• Supporting the comprehensive use of all ORBIS modules, in particular the electronic patient file
• Contact person for key users in the nursing, medical and/or administrative areas
• Collaboration in the implementation of the KHZG and training of employees
• Organizing and supporting the introduction of new software modules
