Our client, a leading company in the field of sustainable energy solutions with several locations in Europe, is now looking for reinforcement in Exchange Administration at the Jena location.

A remote share of 40% is possible.

Tasks

• As Microsoft Exchange Administrator (m/f/d) you are responsible for the administration of the company-wide e-mail environment based on Microsoft Exchange and Exchange Online
• Your tasks will also include update and patch management for server applications in the email environment
• You will maintain and service the connected interface solutions (SMTP relay, email security, fax gateway, certificate management, email archiving)
• You provide 2nd and 3rd level support in the existing network, client and server infrastructure on the basis of incidents and service requests from a central ticket system
• You will also manage Microsoft 365 groups and create documentation
  
  

Qualification

• You have completed vocational training in the IT sector
• You have relevant and profound experience in the administration of Microsoft Exchange servers
• Experience with Exchange Online and Microsoft 365 is an advantage
• You have in-depth knowledge of SMTP relays, email security, certificate management, mail archiving
• Teamwork and communication skills as well as a structured way of working and analytical thinking characterize you
• Good German and English skills round off your profile
