  • Professional and disciplinary management and further development of a team of up to 10 employees
  • Operational responsibility and control of existing IT processes
  • Ensuring the procedural and functional integrity of the IT service and IT process management landscape
  • Monitoring and optimization of service quality (process and system side)
  • Further development of the key performance indicator system for service level reporting and management
  • Conceptualization and operationalization of new IT processes and IT roles
  • Responsibility for the further development of the ITSM tool
  • Creation and maintenance of guidelines and standards as well as project, process and procedure documents
  • Development and implementation of process training

WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU

  • Completed university degree in computer science, business informatics or comparable training
  • Several years of sound professional experience in the IT sector of an international company in a comparable position
  • Experience with service management tools, ideally Matrix 42 products, and very good knowledge of service operations and transition
  • The ability to prepare complex technical issues in a target group-oriented manner and methodological confidence in the recording and design of work processes
  • Experience in managing projects in the operations and service area as well as an eye for KPIs and teamwork
  • Strong communication skills to communicate effectively with other IT professionals and non-IT staff
  • Analytical skills, an independent and structured way of working and a conscientious and careful handling of sensitive information
  • Hands-on mentality to also contribute operationally
  • Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English
