Your mission

The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for managing Rimasys Group brands' social media profiles and executing the marketing strategy. The successful candidate will develop and maintain but not be limited to social media accounts, video feeds, and trending new platforms. The candidate will be responsible for providing the brand managers with comprehensive analytics, social media trends, and insight reports. This candidate will have a demonstrated history of working in a fast-paced environment while delivering multiple projects on schedule, on budget, and with no errors.

Responsibilities & Tasks

• Implement social media strategies for multiple companies/brands that build brand awareness, generate inbound traffic, and increase brand communication.
• Deeply understand brands’ identities and market dynamics
• Define brand needs and develop, deliver marketing projects, campaigns accordingly.
• Stay current with social media trends and best practices.
• Creation of content that meets our brands' standards
• Research opportunities for new marketing tools, platforms, ways and select, adapt the current process to fit brands' needs.
• Creating and managing monthly marketing reports, analysis.
  
  
  

Your profile

Qualifications & Experience

• Experience in marketing 1-5 years and preferred MedTech or Healthcare marketing
• Bachelor's Degree preferably in Marketing
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and their respective participants (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, Flickr, etc.) and how they can be deployed.
• Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and verbal format.
• Ability to build and manage successful social media profiles for brands
• Cognitive skills and curiosity to learn medical topics quickly.
• Good communication skills to deliver the correct messages to the customers through social media content.
• Native or Professional in English and German
