All RNA people are striving to achieve our main joint goal: To bring multiple best-in-class mRNA medicines to market.To strengthen our team in the entity CureVac Corporate Services GmbH in Tübingen we are currently looking to recruit aManager / Teamlead (f/m/d) IT Service OperationsYour Responsibilities:Define and manage the operational support roles for workplace servicesLead, coach and develop direct reports, and oversee contract resources Identify, monitor, publish, and manage goals and measurements to show improvements to workplace operationsCollaborate with service providers to define and manage service operations efficiently across teamsAct as a process owner and operate service management processesEnsure processes are in place to escalate and drive resolution for issuesPartner with functional areas to support employees - including other IT teams, facilities, and HRResponsibility for lifecycle management (acquisition, setup, deployment, repair, collection and retirement) of digital workplace hardware and softwareObserve new technology trends that should be brought into the workplace operations team to improve business processesConsolidate operations capabilities in complex enterprise organizations to improve efficiencyDelivery of hybrid working excellence to improve customer and user experiences Your Qualifications:University degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, a related field or an equivalent qualificationProven track record in IT or business/industry , including project executionFirst experience in a leadership role is beneficialStrong business acumen, including industry- and domain-specific knowledge of the enterprise and its business units Deep understanding of current and emerging application and cloud technologies and practices, and how other enterprises are employing them Self-starter who self-assesses and solicits feedback from others to improve their performanceFluency in English, intermediate German skillsWe offer you a challenging and varied opportunity with an innovative and dynamic company that is expanding.With much passion and sense of responsibility, we work together on the medical revolution.
