Apply now for the position of People & Culture Lead – EMEA (f/m/d), and you will be responsible for partnering with the HR organization to deliver the offerings and services of People & Culture portfolio into the region. Working closely with the Region HR and Executive Leadership team, the lead brings expertise and guidance to drive our global priorities and support the people strategies of the many businesses within the region.

Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.

Your role:

  • You will set the People & Culture region strategy aligned to the global expectations and fiscal year objectives of the region.
  • You will deliver on all global priorities aligned to our portfolio components: Performance Management, Talent Management, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Culture, Employee Engagement and Learning and Development.
  • You will establish an eye level partnership with Region HR and business leadership to contribute thought leadership and key insights to advance and evolve the key aspects of the employee life cycle.
  • You will lead and execute on region P&C projects to contribute to local workforce priorities
  • You will manage and develop the region PC team to deliver high quality outputs contributing to operational excellence in the region.
  • You will serve as the Talent Partner for the region leveraging your expertise to know the high potential talent, facilitate talent movements and support the talent review process by taking the lead on key outcomes from the discussions.

Your qualifications & experience:

  • You have a university degree in human resources, Organizational Development or related fields is required
  • You have many years of experience in human resources with emphasis on talent management, organizational development and/or Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
  • You have a proven track record building trusted relationships at the executive level to drive results
  • You have demonstrated success with designing and implementing talent focused strategies in similar organizations to achieve healthy pipelines, planned succession and talent movement
  • You have experience analyzing and acting upon employee engagement trends and able to translate futuristic concepts to the needs of a multinational company
  • You have success in managing large scale projects in global environment

Your attributes & skills:

  • With your fluency in German and English, you can operate successfully in our international environment
  • You have an open personality, a convincing and confident manner and excellent communication skills
  • It is in your nature to question the status quo; you like to develop new solutions and thus bring new impetus to your own team and the entire organisation
  • You have a strong customer focus and business acumen
  • You are willing to travel, usually 10-15% of the time
