About The Team

You’ll be joining the JINGDONG Logistics team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Sorting Operation Execution: Follow sorting process standards and order information, use sorting equipment to classify, pick and transport goods, ensure commodities are accurately categorized by flow direction, improve sorting efficiency and meet order timeliness requirements.

Equipment Operation and Maintenance: Proficiently operate sorting equipment (such as conveyor belts, scanners), perform daily cleaning and inspection, report faults timely for repair to ensure normal equipment operation, reduce downtime losses and ensure sorting operation continuity.

Quality Review and Exception Handling: Conduct quantity and category review of goods after sorting, record abnormal items (such as damaged, mis-picked) and feedback for handling to ensure sorting accuracy; assist in handling order changes or emergency tasks to ensure sorting link quality and efficiency.

Team Collaboration and Process Coordination: Cooperate with team leader to complete wave task allocation, collaborate with packing, outbound and other links to optimize sorting paths and handover processes; participate in on-site 6S management to keep work areas clean and improve overall collaboration efficiency.
