The Role

• Lead restoration projects for water and fire damage.

• Conduct damage assessments, evaluations, and estimations.

• Oversee and manage restoration processes through to completion.

• Coordinate and schedule internal remediation technicians and subcontractors.

• Ensure projects are completed on time and to a high standard.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training with a trade or technical focus, ideally in construction or related fields.

• Proven experience in project management within the restoration or construction industry.

• Basic knowledge of construction cost estimation.

• Strong teamwork and client-service orientation.

• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
