The Role

  • Deliver interactive and practical training sessions that allow participants to immediately apply what they have learned, ensuring high satisfaction.
  • Proactively identify optimization opportunities and introduce innovative ideas to provide solution-oriented support and ensure high customer satisfaction.

What You'll Need

  • Excellent university degree or very successful vocational training, demonstrating outstanding professional qualifications and commitment.
  • Proven track record of successfully guiding complex software implementations and achieving strong results through best practices.
  • Extensive SAP knowledge and experience in the productive use of relevant modules.
  • Ability to optimize processes confidently and communicate appropriately, considering procedures and legal frameworks.
  • Competence in developing technical solutions and interfaces, actively contributing to improvement projects.
  • Structured and solution-oriented personality with strong social skills and a valued team player mentality.
