To strengthen our team, we're looking for a Technical Support Engineer (2nd & 3rd Level Support) who combines strong technical expertise with excellent communication skills.

Your Mission

• You support the German federal administration as the central point of contact in 2nd and 3rd level support for the use of Fabasoft software within a challenging and diverse system landscape.
• You understand your customers not only from a technical perspective but also know their business processes in detail - making you an invaluable source of knowledge of your team when addressing complex challenges.
• Together with the customer and our project team, you not only develop technical solutions and support their successful implementation but also contribute to optimizing organizational processes.
  
  

Your Profile

• You have completed a technical education and already gained initial experience in 2nd or 3rd level support or a comparable role.
• You have a strong command of various client and server operating systems (Windows and Linux) and are experienced in working with different relational database systems, web technologies, and cloud-native technologies.
• You are not afraid of unfamiliar technologies but see them as an opportunity to further expand your technical knowledge.
• Your technical expertise, creative approach to problem analysis, solution- and customer-oriented mindset, and fluent German skills set you apart.
• You demonstrate a high level of initiative, accuracy, perseverance, and the ability to assert yourself.
