Our products are available through our own online shop and, since March 2025, at Sephora Europe — online and in over 650 stores. With a team of 140+ brilliant individuals from around the world, we are actively shaping Yepoda's story every day.

We're looking for a talented Performance Marketing Copywriter to join us on a short-term project basis (approximately 3-6 weeks, starting as soon as possible) with the potential for a longer-term relationship if it's a great fit on both sides.

You'll be working closely with our Performance Marketing and Creative teams to build out localization libraries and deliver high-converting copy across paid channels and our website — primarily for our Q4 campaigns. If you're a sharp, fast-moving writer who knows how to make every word work harder, we want to hear from you.

Your Tasks

• Write and adapt high-converting copy for TikTok, Meta and Google search ads, tailored to each channel's format and audience behavior
• Support the Performance Marketing team's copy bank initiative by contributing localized copy variants across our core markets
• Deliver website copy that is clear, on-brand, and optimized for conversion
• Work closely with the Performance Marketing and Creative teams to ensure copy is channel-appropriate and aligned to our tone of voice
• Turn briefs around quickly, working directly with the Performance Marketing team and iterating based on performance feedback
  
  

Your Profile

• We'd need a minimum 3 days/week 8 hours/day.
• Proven experience writing performance marketing copy — you understand what drives a click and what earns a conversion
• Native or near-native proficiency in at least one of the languages Yepoda operates in (English plus Spanish, French, Italian, German or Polish is a strong plus)
• Ability to adapt tone of voice across channels while keeping brand integrity intact
• Fast, reliable, and comfortable working to tight deadlines
• A genuine interest in beauty and skincare
