About The Team

Our international and agile team is searching for a motivated person to lead our TA team as Talent AcquisitionSpecialist (m/f/d) in an HR team that is young, passionate and a caring working environment. Your Tasks

• Own the full recruitment cycle across your departments, from sourcing through to offer management, with a strong focus on attracting and securing top talent for our teams in Germany and the UK.
• Partner with engineering, commercial, and business leaders to understand current and future hiring requirements, acting as a trusted advisor on recruitment strategy and talent market insights.
• Work closely with Project Management and department leaders to support workforce planning activities, identify future resource needs, and build talent pipelines aligned with RFA’s growth objectives.
• Proactively source and engage qualified candidates through LinkedIn, Xing, industry networks, events, and other relevant channels as well as using unorthodox methods to ensure to market is completely covered
• Support employer branding initiatives in partnership with the Marketing team to strengthen RFA’s position as an employer of choice within the space industry.
• Represent the company at job fairs, industry events, and university outreach activities.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, candidate experience, and hiring outcomes.
  
  

Your Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Engineering Management, or a related discipline.
• 3-4+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, or Workforce Planning, ideally within the space industry.
• Strong sourcing and talent mapping expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and other market intelligence tools.
• Experience in employer branding initiatives and talent attraction campaigns.
• Experience using ATS platforms, preferably Greenhouse, and leveraging recruitment metrics to drive improvements and decision-making.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills with a proactive, strategic, and service-oriented approach.
• Experience within the space or aerospace industry is highly preferred.
• Fluent English, written and spoken; German is a plus.
