We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!

The Role

  • Act as the primary contact for colleagues regarding ERP solutions and other internal systems
  • Independently identify, troubleshoot, and resolve system errors and issues
  • Support users with 1st and 2nd-level issues and analyze IT-supported business processes
  • Test software solutions before the 'Go-Live' of new versions
  • Implement minor program adjustments and create new system processes
  • Document processes and solutions for internal support

What You'll Need

  • Successfully completed IT-focused training (e.g., IT systems specialist, IT specialist) or comparable qualification
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in support and comprehensive knowledge of modern, integrated ERP systems
  • Routine in ERP administration
  • Strong service and support orientation
  • Good spoken and written German and English language skills
  • Independent, proactive, and solution-oriented work approach, including availability for hybrid work and regular office visits
