What you offer

• Completed commercial training, business degree or comparable qualification
• Experience in customer support, project coordination or aviation-related commercial activities
• Good understanding of customer requirements and commercial processes
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Fluent English skills are required; additional languages, including German, are an advantage
• Ability to build and maintain professional customer relationships
• Structured and solution-oriented working approach
• Basic knowledge of aviation contracts, maintenance services or aviation regulations is an advantage

These are your tasks

• Support and coordinate aircraft maintenance projects from a commercial perspective
• Act as an interface between customers, Project Leaders and internal departments
• Support contract compliance before, during and after maintenance events
• Assist with quotations, negotiations and project-related commercial activities
• Maintain strong customer relationships throughout the project lifecycle
• Support customer meetings and prepare project-related documentation
• Contribute to the successful handover of projects to operational departments
• General administrative support within the Sales and Customer Support function
