We are currently seeking a motivated and hands-on Bellman (m/f/d) to join our team at the earliest possible date.
A valid work authorization for Germany is required for this position.

- Ensuring a smooth arrival and departure experience for our guests
- Handling guest complaints at the highest level
- Maintaining positive relationships with both guests and colleagues
- Providing information about the hotel, the city, and the surrounding area
- Ensuring cleanliness and order in the entrance area
- Close cooperation with all hotel departments
COULD THIS BE YOU?
- Previous experience as a bellman or in a similar role, preferably in a luxury hotel
- A strong host mentality with confident and professional demeanor
- Good German and English language skills
- Flexibility and a high level of commitment
- Excellent manners and a well-groomed appearance
