Pharmaceutical Business Support (m/f/d) – Europe - #1000643

Your mission

Join the NAGASE Group as our next Pharmaceutical Business Support (m/f/d) and support the European pharmaceutical market as a central liaison between suppliers and clients.

• Act as the main point of contact for European suppliers and clients
• Handle pharmaceutical raw materials (intermediates, APIs, excipients), ensuring quality and regulatory compliance
• Support new and ongoing inquiries by identifying potential suppliers in Europe
• Drive new product development projects with suppliers and clients globally
• Manage quotations, contracts, and orders in close coordination with logistics and compliance teams
• Monitor delivery schedules and ensure alignment with customer requirements
  
  

Your profile

Work Experience

• Minimum 3+ years of on-site sales experience, preferably in pharmaceuticals, APIs, or healthcare-related industries
• Experience in international business, import/export processes, and regulatory compliance
• Proven negotiation experience with overseas manufacturers and clients
  
  

Skills & Qualifications

• Business-level proficiency in Japanese and English
• University degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Life Sciences, or Business Administration
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Basic understanding of GMP and GDP guidelines
  
  

Personal Skills

• Adaptable, responsible, and trustworthy in building long-term business relationships
• Strong commitment to continuous learning and staying up to date with pharmaceutical regulations and compliance requirements
  
  

Working location & mobility

• Based in Düsseldorf, with the possibility to work remotely within Germany
• Regular presence at the Düsseldorf office is required
• Willingness to travel and work independently in a global environment
