TorAlarm is a football live score app with more than 20 million downloads. We bring the love, thrill and passion of football in realtime to everybody around the world!

Your tasks

  • Continuous improve and scale our backend services
  • Orchestrating and maintenance of our infrastructure on AWS
  • Maintaining/developing our in-house CMS — the engine behind the app
  • Work with the feeds of Opta, our main data provider
  • Ship updates through our CI/CD pipelines using Github actions
  • Diagnose and solve technical issues with care and precision
  • Take responsibility for long term code quality, including refactoring sessions
  • Collaborate across teams to build features that millions of football fans use

You in a nutshell

  • Love for the highs, lows, and everything in between — in code and on the pitch.

  • 3+ years of professional experience as a software engineer (experience as intern not included)
  • You find joy in planning and discussing software infrastructure
  • You’ve planned, built, tested and shipped production grade apps with JS/Typescript
  • You’ve planned, built, tested and shipped production grade apps in Go
  • Experienced with AWS (or other cloud providers)
  • You feel familiar with at least one of the following database technologies: MySQL, Redis, Mongo
  • You love being in the office and collaborating with your teammates
