Are you a talented organizer who can keep track of things even in dynamic situations? Then you've come to the right place! As a sales assistant (m/f/x), you will support our executive board and management team with your organizational and administrative skills, thereby making an important contribution to the success of the company. In this role, you will coordinate and organize appointments, meetings, and business trips, prepare for and follow up on meetings, and create presentations and minutes. You will support communication with internal and external stakeholders and handle confidential information and documents with the utmost care. In addition, you will participate in strategic projects and special tasks in the management environment and actively contribute to the efficient design of our processes.
