Position: Assistant to the Accountable Manager

Tasks

• You will support senior management—particularly Operations and Finance—in all management tasks related to day-to-day operations, contributing your own ideas, intuition, and strategic vision to all organizational matters
• You will collaborate with the various departments and ensure the completeness of project reporting, particularly incident management
• You will handle the substantive preparation and follow-up of reports and meetings, including deadline and schedule management
• You will create creative and engaging status reports, presentations, and decision-making documents by gathering and analyzing information
• You will conduct preliminary reviews of documents, agreements, and contracts
• After an appropriate training period, you will assume responsibility for individual projects in the military sector and special topics
• You will handle telephone and written correspondence with internal and external contacts
• You will plan business trips for the management
  
  

Requirements

• Completed business training or a college degree
• Professional experience in a comparable generalist role or at a management consulting firm
• Experience in multi-project management
• A proactive, solution-oriented approach to work with high standards for results
• Loyalty, reliability, and discretion, as well as strong people skills and empathy
• Organizational skills with the ability to maintain an overview and prioritize tasks as needed
• Facilitation skills and eloquence
• A passion for diverse tasks and new challenges
• Excellent written and spoken German skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
