Digital Workplace Designer (f/m/d) in Stuttgart

You ...

  • are the central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • identify the requirements of our project teams and departments for their digital work environment.
  • develop innovative, user-centered workplace concepts and digital workflows.
  • evaluate existing or new hardware and software solutions and guide their rollout.
  • actively shape change processes, ensuring clear communication and appropriate training.
  • ensure that regulatory and security requirements are considered and implemented from the outset – during design and tool selection.
  • enjoy helping to shape a newly created role within the company.

What you bring to the table

  • Initial experience designing internal digital work environments
  • Understanding of diverse user needs across the company, especially those of agile teams and administrative staff
  • Interest in stakeholder and change management
  • Knowledge of requirements analysis, user research, and the design and optimization of digital tool workflows
  • Strong communication skills and an independent, structured way of working
  • Affinity for hardware and software
  • Business-fluent German and English
  • Nice to have: Basic knowledge of information security (e.g., ISO 27001) and/or data protection
