- are the central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- identify the requirements of our project teams and departments for their digital work environment.
- develop innovative, user-centered workplace concepts and digital workflows.
- evaluate existing or new hardware and software solutions and guide their rollout.
- actively shape change processes, ensuring clear communication and appropriate training.
- ensure that regulatory and security requirements are considered and implemented from the outset – during design and tool selection.
- enjoy helping to shape a newly created role within the company.
- Initial experience designing internal digital work environments
- Understanding of diverse user needs across the company, especially those of agile teams and administrative staff
- Interest in stakeholder and change management
- Knowledge of requirements analysis, user research, and the design and optimization of digital tool workflows
- Strong communication skills and an independent, structured way of working
- Affinity for hardware and software
- Business-fluent German and English
- Nice to have: Basic knowledge of information security (e.g., ISO 27001) and/or data protection
