The Role
The Role
- Manage user and client support
- Provide support for Unified Communications solutions
- Administer network environments (LAN, WLAN)
- Perform server administration and backup (VMware/Windows Server 2022/VEEAM)
- Offer SAP Basis support in collaboration with data center service providers
- Completed vocational training in IT or equivalent qualification
- Solid knowledge of MS Windows and common hardware
- Strong analytical skills
- High service orientation for internal user support
- Independent and structured way of working
- Driving license B
- Secure employment in a stable industry
- Attractive compensation based on the collective agreement for utility companies (TV-V)
